BAKER / WOHL ARCHITECTS designed a 6,000 SF Clubhouse and a 2,500 SF Maintenance Building, including: commercial kitchen and restaurant; accessible restrooms; offices; retail area; facilities for multi-function purposes; lunch room; and vehicle storage facilities. BWA coordinated the work of mechanical, electrical and structural sub-consultants for the project. This project represented a several-year commitment for phased design, funding, public presentations and demolition of an existing facility and construction of a new building on an existing golf course. |
